1. Determine the titer of transformed bacteria before submitting samples
2. Add glycerol to a final concentration of 10% to transformed bacteria
3. Ship transformed bacteria on dry ice
4. 3X the number of requested clones should be submitted
5. Indicate vector name, antibiotics name and concentration on sample submission form
6. TACGen will perform plating, clony picking, RCA and sequencing reaction for you
